Etta completed her doula training with Renee Adair at the Australian Doula College in 2008 and qualified as a childbirth educator the following year. She went on to develop her postnatal knowledge with childbirth and parent educator, Susan Ross, who has been a midwife for over 30 years.

She supports her clients to use breathing techniques and visualisations to aid in positive birth outcomes with great results.
Over the last 9 years Etta has worked as a doula and gained experience with pregnancy and birthing care and has developed her postnatal knowledge.
She believes that every woman deserves to be informed, educated and supported in a positive way for the chance of the best possible birth outcome.
Etta feels fortunate to be a well informed mother. This experience has developed her own compassion, empathy and practical skills assisting her in supporting pregnant women at all stages of birth, including pre and post birth scenarios.
Etta enjoys encouraging women and guiding them through the birth process and realises the importance of a positive birth experience and outcome as this can influence the following years of motherhood

I understand the shift and transformation of becoming a parent and I feel blessed to be able to support others on their journeys. I feel very passionate about of all parts of the journey for a woman and a man and I feel grateful that Stephanie has created a foundation which can expand internationally to reach so many who need this support. I am driven by seeing other women benefit from the knowledge and support I can offer them. I feel whole and complete being part of an empowered birthing experience 🌺"- Henrietta
